Rate rises everywhere and always a quay full of vessels!

I thought I'd post these links seen as we're not far away from the annual pay talks and the company will be telling us how hard their customers are pushing them on the fees charged.

Keeping our Jobs is more important than a small pay rise that could put more pressure on the company.

Matt you are one of the biggest moaners when it comes to pay rises and what the union are doing for us.
I'm sure you'll be at the front of the queue telling me what a bunch of tossers the union are when/if we don't get a pay rise.

if we get a 4% pay rise this year
we still won't be on par with our earnings at the start of the year!!

This port is making a profit in " these hard times ". So of cause we deserve a pay rise after all the sacrifices that we have made.
